Walter Bale Properties is a family run company whose only goal is to provide a great living environment at affordable prices. Started in the early 1960's by Walter Bale as a one-man operation, we have a long history in the rental property market. With Walter's passing in 2006, the company and its tradition of caring management is carried on by the next generation of his family.
